How to use
Like with any shampoo, you need a conditioner. With this hair care range, you really also need the Apple Silk Rinse. Please don't just use the shampoo bar on its own. You won't get the result you are wanting.
For outstanding results follow with the Conditioner Bar and/or the Apple Silk Clarifying Rinse
If you want to get more life out of this shampoo bar, use with Air Dry Soap Saver. Good bye to soggy soaps that are getting washed down the drain in a hurry.

Have been using it now for about 2 months, although these days I only need to wash my hair once a week, because it stays fresh for so long… It’s incredible how it’s changed since I started using this shampoo bar! No more dandruff, no more oily scalp and dry ends… My hair is shiny, it grows like mad and stopped falling out in massive quantities… The bar smells amazing, it lathers easily and lasts for so long… I cut it into smaller pieces as my hands are small and a full bar was difficult to handle, and in two months I only used one slice about an inch thick… It costs nothing compared to expensive shampoos I used to buy, which gave me terrible results when compared to this shampoo bar… No more conditioners, no more plastic bottles. I only use AVC rinse with only 2 teaspoons of vinegar in 2 litres of water and my hair is shiny and soft. I also bought the honey conditioner and think it’s absolutely wonderful, although I will continue to use ACV rinse as I’m growing my hair long now and it really speeds up its growth. The conditioning bar will be for every now and then deep conditioning. Cynthia 'First time switching to shampoo bar and so far it works great for my oily hair. Now, as someone who had been using bottled shampoo for decades, I have to say it is not magic like your hair will turn perfect after one wash but it is definitely worth the try and wait. The first few washes, my hair turned quite greasy which I believe is the transition period to wash off all the chemical build-ups from bottled shampoos. But on the 5th/6th wash, I can see my hair is getting healthier. It lathers quite quickly and I think it is best to lather on hands first.'
